How can I find my accommodation ?
Benidorm Reservation Center offers a wide range of hotels and apartments mainly located in Benidorm and the Costa Blanca but we also offer accommodation in many other coasts of southern Spain. You can see everything we offer and the characteristics of the establishments (pictures, conditions, descriptions, prices, offers) from the options menu on the home page "all about our accommodations."
Through the form of accommodation, choosing date of entry, departure, type of accommodation, location, type of room (double, triple room child, triple room adult, ..) and scheme you may view all establishments and the total price of the stay the conditions for registration. This consultation will enable them to order the search based on several criteria (price, alphabetical order, ..).
This way, you can obtain detailed information and choose the accommodation that fits your preferences. It also has the option of seeking a particular establishment.
Once you have a rough idea of the establishments that interest you, if you want to make a reservation must go through the booking process, as explained in the following paragraph.
How can I book ?
The fastest way to book is to use the accommodation form that will give you a comprehensive information on prices and availability today. Once you get the result of prices and availability, simply click on the price you are interested in for booking and fill in the required details.
In addition to the links mentioned above, in virtually all websites containing information of hotels and apartments there is the link "Availability and prices" for immediate access to the consultation process and subsequent reservation.
How can I pay ?
During the reservation process you are given the possibility to pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that if you pay by creadit card, only Visa and Master Card are accepted. If you wish to pay through bank transfer, please find below the details of the bank account where the payment should be made:

The payment concept or transfer must specify the reservation number and the name of the holder.
Is it safe to book on the Benidorm Reservation Center website ?

How can I manage my booking
At all times you may check the status of your reservation by using the number that, to that effect, was provided in making the investment. With this number and email address you can obtain a complete file containing all the details of your reservation form from "my reservation" in the upper left of the website.
If you check very often the status of your reservation it is appropriate to update the page from your browser to ensure you are seeing the correct information and force.
What can I do to cancel my booking ?
On the page tracking your reservation there is a link "cancel" from which you can access a form through which, after exposing the reasons, you may make the cancellation.
What can I do when my booking has been confirmed ?
Once your reservation has been confirmed and paid in full you will be sent by e-mail an invoice and
a bonus. The latter is to be presented on arrival at the establishment in order to access it.
