TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations must have been paid in full at the time of making a claim.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of completing the reservation.
- Claims must follow the procedure indicated below under 'Claim procedure'. Incomplete claims will
be rejected.
- The BENIDORM RESERVATIONS CENTER rate and the other web site's rate must be for the same
Hotel and for exactly the same services, conditions and restrictions.
- The BENIDORM RESERVATIONS CENTER Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to package rates,
such as promotional offers, professional rates or similar.
- The BENIDORM RESERVATIONS CENTER Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to hotel reservations
offered on the web that is available to the general public.
- If BENIDORM RESERVATIONS CENTER is unable to match the other web site's price, we will give
you the option to cancel your reservation and make a full refund without any cancellations fees.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE
- Claims must be made via the form below and will not be accepted by email, telephone or post.
- You must provide us with the following information: Your name, email and telephone number, your
reservation number, the other web site's price, complete URL (web site address) where the better
price may be found.
- You must make a printout or screen capture of the page with the better price and provide it to us
if requested.
- A BENIDORM RESERVATIONS CENTER agent will process the claim and will answer within 3
business days. If your claim is accepted, we will make a refund to your credit card or bank transfer
within 10 days maximum.
