INMOBENINTER S.L.U. as the holder of the web site, is also the owner of the database which is generated from the personal datas that users have been submitted. All personal data will be added and will be treated in the files of INMOBENINTER S.L.U.. in order to be able to provide and deliver  our services published on the web site BENINTER.COM, just as sending  publicity about the offers, promotions and recommendations of services and products of BENINTER.COM. Publicity will be only sent, if prior you have requested it..

BENINTER.COM offers a wide range of apartments mainly located in Benidorm. You can see everything we offer and the characteristics of the buildings (pictures, conditions, descriptions, prices, offers)  on the main page  at the section apartments.

Through the accommodation search engine choosing date of entry and departure,  you will see all the buildings and the total price of the stay for the conditions introduced. This search also allow you to sort by various criteria (price, alphabetical order ..).

This way, you can obtain detailed information and choose the accommodation that fits your preferences. It also has the option to search a specific property.

Once you have an idea about the building you interested in to book , you have to follow the booking process, as explained in the next section.

Once your reservation has been confirmed you will receive an email indicating the condition of payment you have selected. According to your payment condition, you  have to make the payment at the moment of making the reservation by credit card, or by bank transfer. Or 14 days before arrival. You also have the possibility to pay any time you want before arrival.

During the reservation process you are given the possibility to pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that if you pay by credit card, only Visa and Master Card are accepted. If you wish to pay through bank transfer, please find below the details of the bank account where the payment should be made:

The payment concept or transfer must specify the reservation number and the name of the holder.

You can always check the status of your reservation using the booking number, which was given to you by finishing your accomodation request. With this number and your email address you may obtain a complete record with all the details regarding your reservation. You can find the "My reservation" form on the right side of the home page of BENINTER.COM.

If you check very often the status of your reservation it is recommended to update the page from your browser to ensure you are seeing the correct information and force.

You have to enter to "My Reservation" whit your booking number and your email address. Once inside you will find the link ´CANCEL´ which will takes you to the the cancel bottom. You will have to confirm that you surely want to cancel your booking.

Note that when you cancel your reservation you are assuming and accepting the cancellation policies that are explained in the general terms

Booking through BENINTER.COM implies the knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions detailled at the  General term and conditions.
