You can modify or cancel your booking until 7 days before arrival free of charge

Less than 7 days before arrival

- 100% Cancelation fee

- If you  do not arrive, the fee is 100% of the booking.

Payment conditions

Card payment:   No charges will be made on the card at the time of booking. 
14 days before arrival you will receive a link from the BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for the payment. Your booking may be cancelled without any charges up to 7 days before arrival.

Payment by bank transfer: No payment will be made at the time of booking.
You will have to send us the full amount of the booking via bank transfer at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Our collaborating entity for bank transfers is the bank 

Non Refundable

The full amount will be paid at the time of booking. No changes or cancellation are allowed.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation charges: If canceled or no-show 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Payment conditions

Card payment: The full amount will be charged at the time of finishing the booking.
The card payment wiil be made through the secure server of the bank   

Payment by bank transfer: No payment will be made at the time of booking. 
You must transfer the total amount of the booking a maximum of 48 hours after finalizing the booking.
