BUILDING
The Gemelos 2 apartments in Benidorm are part of a residential complex located in the center of the Levante Beach, area, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and pubs all nearby. Close to the Europa Avenue, five minutes walk to the center of Benidorm and only 450m to the beach.
The complex has two buildings with 24 floors each with spacious common areas, including solarium, 4 lifts per building, tennis courts (with supplement), free indoor parking (depending on availability, not guaranteed), 24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children.
APARTMENTS
The apartments offer two layouts: 1 bedroom (50 m²) and 2 bedrooms (70 m²). The 1-bedroom apartments have been recently renovated with a modern and welcoming finish.
All of them feature a comfortable living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ironing board, and complete kitchenware), and a spacious enclosed terrace with wonderful views of Levante Beach.
Each apartment has a spacious enclosed terrace with wonderful views of Levante Beach, a Smart TV with international channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a safe, and a hairdryer. They are also equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort year-round.
Linens and towels are changed weekly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
On your arrival you may occupy the apartments is at 3pm and you must leave the apartment by 10am. Your departure time can be extended until 8pm , paying a supplement, subject to availability.
The €200 deposit: The 200 euro deposit should be paid 14 days before your arrival. We will send you a link from BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for this payment. The deposit refund wil be made on the same credit card that it was charged to, 7 days after your departure, at the most, if there were no incidents.

If you arrive out of office hours, we will leave your keys in a safety deposit box next to our office and send you the code to open it.

For check-in, passport or ID details of all guess over the age of 14 must be sent in advance. We will send an email before your arrival reminding you of the information we need. You will receive the link with the Passenger Entry Form to complete it via SMS or e-mail.
